1. General Information
AETHON Engineering Single-Member P.C., incorporated in Greece, with seat in Athens (Leoforos Alexandras 9, 11473) owns, legally operates and manages the web platform named AI Act Automizer hosted on the website: https://www.aiactautomizer.com (hereinafter referred to as: AAA). In general, AAA allows users to input project or idea details, leverages an LLM to generate AI Act compliance assessments, and provides interactive AI chatbot support plus a wiki with relevant AI Act information for guidance. By creating an account or by using the services of AAA, you are obliged to manage it with due care.
Each User (see definition in paragraph 2) must agree to and accept the present Terms and Conditions, otherwise they will not have the right to use the services of AAA. Using the Services (see definition in paragraph 2) in any way means that you agree to present Terms and Conditions, which will remain in effect while using AAA. If you do not agree to the present Terms and Conditions at any time, AAA suggests you to immediately terminate the use of the Services. Any User (see definition in paragraph 2) of AAA on his/her behalf, acknowledges that present Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable on the Users.
2. Definitions
- User: A natural person that subscribes in AAA to use its Services.
- Services: All services described in article 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Access in AAA
Access in AAA is subject to the present Terms and Conditions. To gain access in AAA, you must subscribe, by purchasing a plan with yearly or monthly commitment (as defined in https://aiactautomizer.com). The subscription requires the provision of Users' data, which must be complete and correct. In this context, an Account is created. Access in AAA is available for Users who are of age and legally competent. Equivalently, AAA does not allow access to minors.
4. Conduct in AAA
In general, you are responsible for your activities/projects conducted through AAA and agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by the present Terms and Conditions or national, European, and international law. Any content uploaded in AAA must be obtained and processed legally. Indicatively, any conduct that infringes intellectual property rights, violates any law or regulation, is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, attempts to obtain security information from any other Company/User, uses automated system or software to extract content or data from the AAA, copies any significant portion of AAA and attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of AAA is prohibited. Any unlawful use of the Services or use that violates the present Terms and Conditions is prohibited and grants the right to AAA to immediately terminate any subscription and delete any User Account and associated data.
5. Services Provided through AAA
Primarily, AAA operates on a credit-based system. Users have a free account with an initial credit allowance and can purchase additional credits as needed. Credits determine the usage of services, and further details are available at: Product Website.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. All Services are available to the User based on their available credits. Users can continue to access the platform by purchasing additional credits as needed.
5.1 AI Act Assessment
General Description: The AI Act Assessment is the core service of AAA. Users provide structured text-based inputs describing their project, AI system, or idea. These inputs are processed by a Large Language Model (LLM), which evaluates the system against the requirements of the EU AI Act. The assessment is designed to guide users in identifying compliance gaps, categorizing risks, and understanding obligations under the regulation. This service helps transform complex legal and regulatory frameworks into practical, easy-to-read insights tailored to the User’s input.

5.2 AI Chatbot
General Description: The AI Chatbot provides Users with an interactive way to query the EU AI Act. It acts as a conversational assistant, capable of clarifying regulatory provisions, explaining obligations, and offering guidance on compliance in real-time. The chatbot is powered by an LLM and complements the Assessment service by enabling Users to ask follow-up questions, verify interpretations, and explore specific topics related to the EU AI Act.

5.3 AI Act Wiki
General Description: The Wiki is a curated knowledge base of the EU AI Act, structured into user-friendly articles, explanations, and references. It provides Users with direct access to a searchable repository of information on definitions, requirements, risk categories, and obligations under the AI Act. Unlike the chatbot, the Wiki offers static, structured, and validated content that Users can rely on as a quick reference.

- Search and browse curated articles on the EU AI Act.
- Access definitions, rules, and obligations in plain language.
- Use as reference material to support assessments or chatbot queries.
- Bookmark or save key articles for later use.
Dependencies / Preconditions:
- Available to all Users with a free account.
- Does not consume credits.
Business Value:
- Acts as a reliable foundation of knowledge.
- Provides quick reference without consuming credits.
- Enhances learning and regulatory literacy for Users.
Pricing / Availability:
- Free to access for all registered Users.
6. Payments
AAA operates on a credit-based system. Upon free signup, each User receives an initial set of credits to use the platform’s services. Additional credits can be purchased at any time through Stripe, which handles all payment processing securely.
6.1 Credit Usage and Purchase
Each credit allows the User to perform one AI Act assessment. Users can monitor their remaining credits in their account dashboard. When credits run low, additional credits can be purchased instantly through the platform. All payments for credits are final upon successful processing. Users will receive a receipt and confirmation via email from Stripe.
6.2 Credit Expiration and Account Access
Credits do not expire. Users maintain access to AAA as long as their account remains active. In the rare case of payment failure during a credit purchase, the User will be notified via email, and the transaction must be completed to use the purchased credits.
6.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Since AAA does not operate on subscriptions, there are no recurring payments. Refunds for credit purchases are only considered in exceptional circumstances and handled case-by-case by contacting info@aiactautomizer.com.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The content in AAA, including designs, applications, texts, images, and source code (collectively defined as "Content") are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. AAA is the owner of the intellectual rights of the Content. It also holds the AAA's domain name, trademarks, all information related to the AAA, and related technology. In no event may the Content be used, reproduced, copied, or transmitted in any form without the prior written and express permission of AAA.
8. Limitation of Liability
AAA, its employees or contractors are not liable for any damages (including loss of profits, data, or use or cost of cover) arising out of or relating to the present Terms and Conditions or relating to the use of Services, including negligence. Moreover, AAA is not responsible for backing up data uploaded or generated in AAA and is not liable for any User data loss.
9. Force majeure
AAA shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfill is due to events outside its control, that is, force majeure events that make it technically or physically impossible to deliver. Examples are war, pandemics, acts of terrorism, riots, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labor disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted, and all payments will be credited to a scheduled program within one (1) year of the cancelled subscription.
10. Governing Law
The provision of Services is governed by Greek law and any disputes related to them as well as any other dispute, of any kind, shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Athens, Greece.
11. Amendments in Terms and Conditions
The present Terms and Conditions and the links contained in them are amended whenever a new/latest version is uploaded.
